Rocky is a beautiful Heeler/Husky mix whose time ran out at the pound. The facility was getting very crowded and since nobody had asked, even once, about him, he was going to be euthanized. He was taken out of the pound at the last minute and boarded at a vet's office until we could find a foster home for him. While there, he was neutered, given his shots and tested for heartworm: he was heartworm negative!

He was placed almost immediately with a family from Baton Rouge, who actually had asked for him at the pound the day he was pulled out (also the day he was supposed to be euthanized!)
